CAN I WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS FROM THE TOURNAMENT?

Yes. If the tournament winner is distributed to you in the form of a cash prize, such money may be withdrawn. If tournament winnings are distributed to you in any other way, the value of such prize/good cannot be claimed as a withdrawal request. However, any withdrawal request is subject to the general withdrawal conditions.

MY WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN REJECTED. WHY IS THAT?

In certain cases, your withdrawal request may be rejected if,

1. You have not deposited money to play cash games on the site
2. Suspicious activity has been detected in your account, such as having multiple accounts, participating in collusion or fraud, suspicious financial transactions, etc., and other conditions that violate our terms of service. Such an act may also result in the suspension of your account under the terms of the Service agreement.
3. Withdrawal is less than the minimum withdrawal amount

However, the first 3 withdrawal requests per week are processed free of charge at Bunga365 and any subsequent withdrawal requests per week will attract a processing fee of INR 50 or 1% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is higher. The limit will be reset at the beginning of every week on Sunday. This condition does not apply to high-value players.
Please note that this limit only applies to approved and processed withdrawals and does not apply to withdrawal requests that you have canceled.
